Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Advising and supporting customers regarding technical issues in the field of interactive television
  • Communication with costumers through error reporting system or phone
  • Cooperation with entire technical team
We will be a perfect match if you:
  • Are highly motivated and self-initiative
  • Have at least 2 years of experiences in comparable job positions
  • Are ready to shiftwork
  • Have knowledge and considerable experiences with Linux
  • Have knowledge of databases
  • Have knowledge of web servers
  • Are familiar with concepts and networks functionality
  • Are proficient in English
