Cabo Verde Telecom is cooperating with Beenius since 2017. They were looking for an interactive TV platform vendor with end2end system integration expertise to quickly change the existing IPTV system and without significant interruptions for their viewers. At the same time, they were exploring business case novelties and advanced functionalities of IPTV service. Beenius provided to the CVMultimedia existing user base the IPTV service with extended functionalities. 

The main reason Beenius solution appealed to CVMultimedia was the platform’s ability to run from one management system, IPTV and OTT services. Beenius also worked as a media system integrator for CVMultimedia when Broadpeak was invited to bring to the African operator an uncompromised Quality of Experience for Live, VOD and catch-up TV services delivery.

Beenius was not selected just because of the future-proofed platform but also because of the provided system integration that took care of network extension both on HW and SW and was able to successfully complete the migration of existing subscriber base from the legacy platform.
