Google unveils connected TV dongle – is it similar as fling?

Google introduced Chromecast – a HDMI dongle that makes any TV connected to internet.

“The small device fits in the back of any TV set that has a HDMI port and connects wirelessly to online streaming services such as YouTube and others. A mobile device serves as a remote control.”

Beenius’s Fling has a similar task. It provides end users possibility to share bookmarks between different devices and to transfer video session between devices. User is able to start video session on one device and transfer it to another when needed. This feature is extension of the existing application for the iPhone, iPad and Android Tablet. It will provide attractive extension of the existing features.
