At this year’s International Broadcasting Convention, Klemen Logar, VP Sales at Beenius, was one of the speakers at the IBC Content Everywhere Europe Hub.
It was amazing to see how many people are interested in the topic “OTT with Android STB? A buzzword or a new mainstream?”, since the Hub was full.
“The biggest concern of operators is to be one of the thousands of applications available to consumers out there…but the fact is, either we’re going to provide the service and the options to access other applications, or they will look for it in another way. They will, the consumers will get to their desired content anyway…either we will provide the service, or not.”, stated Mr. Logar.
